About Our Organization...

Cala Springs Village was founded by Walter and Ruth Theus as a community for retired seniors. The tradition of integrity and value developed by the Theus family continues with the current owner-managers, Jack and Kathy Theus. The community has curbed streets and all City of Ocala services including utilities, and emergency services. In 1998, "Phase Two" was undertaken to provide an additional 65 home sites. Spacious lots and a modern, though modest lifestyle is enjoyed by our residents who take advantage of the moderate costs and convenient location to pursue their own individual interests. Personal integrity and a concern for the best inetrest of our residents matched with the city's best location makes Cala Springs Village Ocala's best housing value.
